Welcome to Gallery 55 by the ByWard Market District Authority. Located in the Historic ByWard Market, Gallery 55 offers a unique, central exhibition space in the heart of Ottawa. Home to many unique shops and artisans, the area acts as a popular cultural hub in Ottawa.
Located on the second floor of the market building, the Gallery at 55 ByWard Market Square welcomes the global community by providing a one-of-a-kind opportunity to showcase heritage and culture. Local artists are also welcome to showcase their work by renting out the space.
The Gallery offers 22 individual display panels, bathed in natural light, overlooking the interior market. Join us for a trip around the world, right here, in Ottawa.
We offer the following services:
• 2nd floor exhibition space,
• 22 (4 feet H x 8 feet W) exhibition panels,
• Exhibition installation and removal,
• Promotion in exhibition calendar and social media,
• Reception space and prep kitchen.
