York Street East serves as a strategic zone for pop-up markets, festivals, and events that require a large amount of space in a high-traffic area.

This zone includes William Street Plaza, a central artery that connects York and Clarence, the two primary bar and restaurant strips in the area.

Upon booking, parking on York is cordoned off to accommodate vendor stalls - directly across from popular restaurants including Lowertown Brewery and The Keg Steakhouse.

All events must be public.
